My friend thinks I have i.B.S because my
tummy always makes noises. When I sleep
at her house I sleep in the spare room
next to her room and she can hear my
stomach from the other room, my stomach
growls so loud that when im in class
people from all the way over the room can
hear it. It is so embarrassing.

I doubt what you have is ibs, the problem
you're having seems to be
gastrointestinal.
In either case, ibs is irritable bowel
syndrome, this website may help you with

Ibs should be diagnosed with visual and
biopsy methods, not just symptomologic
reports...And it usually includes either
bouts of constipation or diarrhea, which
you did not mention
you appear to have overactive
peristalsis...If I were you i'd simply try
a 1/6th dose of loperamide (sold over the
counter) and see if it calmed things down,
especially when you were about to face
quietude and stress! It's got
anticholinergic activities and will slow
this autonomic activity in the
gastrointestinal tract...
One of my medical finals was four hours
long, I hadn't eaten nor slept, and my
stomach and intestines were like an
orchestra! Eeyoweewoyowawawa and people
were laughing, but oh well...Of all people
they understood best
