Q: On Birth Control Pill.. But Could I Be Pregnant..?

Hey.. I joined the board to ask this specific question...

I'm on the birth control pill, and I have been for 4 months now, and most of the time, I take it. If I forget it, I avoid having sex with my boyfriend.. But I missed a pill rcently, and had sex the next day, but my boyfriend didn't ejaculate inside of me..
It's been about 4 days now.. And I noticed a brownish discharge this morning when I woke up.. It worried me, so I looked it up on the internet, and read about implantation bleeding.. Could this be it..?

No probably not, more like an infection of some sort??? Not sure about the discharge thing but there is always chance of becoming pregnant when you have unprotected sex even when ur on the pill but since u missed a pill the risk is higher. Hope I helped :)

It may be old blood from when you had sex 4 days ago...Having sex can cause slight bleeding from irritation of the cervix. Most likely not implantation, but i'm no doctor. I'm just going by the facts. Implantation usually occurs 6-12 days after fertilization. Good luck with everything.

Hmmmm
Im pretty sure that ur not pregnant but here is some information for ya, so... That u will know later on what can happen.

The incidence of pill failure resulting in pregnancy is approimately 1% (one pregnancy per 100 women per year) if taken everyday as directed, but more typically failure rates are about 5%. If failure does occur, the risk to the fetus is minimal.
