Few years ago I took an over dose, due to some personal difficulties. Since then I lack in remembering some topics, such as when I was growing up, or some incidents that took place. I feel so embaraced to talk to anyone about this. I feel so isolated some times, because I just pretend that I remember and continue with conversation. Am currently studying for maths, and and soon as the exam comes, I feel so nervous and I forget and feel my failure so badly. Is there any help.
