I can say that the Linden Method definitely worked for me. I have been anxiety free for over 5 years as a result. I had a pretty rough 2-3 year period with symptoms from headaches, dizziness and insomnia on the one end to full blown panic attacks on the other.

The relief started when I accepted that all my symptoms were anxiety related. I stopped researching every disease under the sun and started using relaxation MP3s and distracting myself with music and other activities whenever my thoughts would revert back to my symptoms.

For me, I needed the full structured program/solution that the Linden Method provided. That gave credence in my mind that what I was following was my solution and that as long as I stuck with it, that was all I needed.

Everyone is different, but if you want to read more about what I went through, check out my site at myanxietydefinition dot com

I've been suffering from Anxiety for over 10 years. I get by the days with hope and I surround myself with things that distract me. I still have my anxiety handicaps, but I learned (kind of) to live my life knowing what will trigger my attacks.

The main problem with me and my anxiety is that I would wait for my panic attacks, it plagues my 24/7.. I would even have anxiety attacks in my dreams. What helps me get through my attacks is that I know they'll pass.

I try keep my blood pressure in check, and do things to keep a healthy life.

I still look for methods or cures online after each anxiety period I have, and I must say after reading some of these comments, they GIVE ME anxiety.

What do you have to lose besides money? What is the price you'll put on your happiness? So what if it doesn't work, at least you tried.

You live in the digital age. You can find the Linden Method for free online. If you find the program useful after you've tried it. Support the author and buy the program. If you don't find it useful, delete it and move on.

Linden Method didnt work for me. This method has made me fear to medication. I couldnt stand anymore, so I took medication. Work well. At first took 2mg Diazepam and 10mg Clobazam for 1 year. Now I only take 1mg of Diazepam once in 3 days and 5mg Clobazam at night.
I can work again. No worries with medication.
Linden didnt refund my money when I asked for it.
Trust me, it could be a scam, or more softly, a book seller.
If you want to talk to me, share anything
I am anxiety sufferer and I know exactly how the sufferers feel. So, I promise myself not to charge anything. I just want to share and hope we all get cured.

The Linden method worked for me. I wrote an article about it
You need to stick with it though, and it takes time to get through the nine pillars of anxiety, but it's worth it.

HEY guys... well, I haven't been on here for some time now. Don't know what told me to come here today but I'm glad I did. I am thrilled to be anxiety free. Used to have obsessive thoughts, some OCD behaviours and GAD. I used The Linden Method and I have to say that yes... it may tell you some stuff you think may be obvious but the secret is guys... like anything worth having, you have to DO IT. I don't mean to be rude but surely if its worth having then its worth striving for. Like anything in life, right? What I instantly liked was that Charles has been where you are now and he gets it... anxiety, I mean. Never mind trying to manage our anxiety folks... this is the way out. I can't believe I am saying this as I thought - after suffering for 12 miserable years - that I would never be free but I AM and its all thanks to The Linden MEthod for showing me the way and like they told me at the Center... its mostly down to ME for doing it. So, I would urge you to give it a go... what have you got to lose??? (BTW : I tried Lucinda's method - very expensive and drawn out and it didn't work for me but then it may work for others but I didn't get my money back!) Keep an open mind... be kind and be true to yourself! K x

Panic Disorder
I've suffered from anxiety for many years but haven't had a panic attack for a long time. I do have medication to help me sleep when I need it because almost all of my attacks where when I had little or no sleep the night before.
I did the Lucinda Bassett program in the 90's and it helped. Finding a good mate helped a lot. An easy going, no drama person.
If you are religous, meditation helps a lot.
Visualization helps (see yourself as you would like to be).
Exercise helps a lot also.
Stay away from caffine!
These other methods like The Linden Method or Panic Away will help and as you know, if it helps, it's worth it. You just have to start with one and if it doesn't work try another.
