Q: Miscarriage Or Period?

Hey guys im not sure what is going on ive been cramping so bad and bleeding and clots coming out could it be a miscarriage?? I ended depo in january and dont know if this could be a period or what. I bled from january to mid april and just now having all these problems. Please respond. Thanks.

Now the 4th day of all that bleeding im barely even spotting what is going on I think I need to take a test to see first if im pregnant!!!
