I'm pretty sure I swalled about a 3/4ths inch chicken bone and i'm scared to death that i'm going to die now. I tried to 'bring it back up' but it didn't work so well, and then I got scared that on the way back up it would get stuck in my throat so then I stopped that. I'd go to the emergency room if I wasn't at work. I'm freaking out so bad what can I do? :(
