I Need Help!

Kidnapping is kidnapping no matter who it is. Husbands can kidnap their own wives in their own homes even. The child will be born a us citizen...And kidnapping to a different country is a serious offence....The police in your area can do something about this and you can get a restraining order against him if you need to. Talk to police about this in your area and see what they have to say about it....They can probably direct you to someone who can help you keep you and your child safe.

The bellaire police are already involved they are the ones that put him in jail in the first place, every day they pass by my house but alot of good thats going to do me. They let him go to the county jail and they have 2 for 1 in there so he got 90 days but only had to stay 30. It doesnt matter if he kidnapps bella because he has no papers so as soon as he is gone thats it my baby is too! Although bella is going to be american she will look mexican so he will have no problem passing he off as one of them.

Thing is....
A) they know who he is so they can get in touch with the mexican police and let them know about it and find your baby
b) birth certificate.....It's hard for a kid to grow up without one so she will be labled....
C) never leave her side....If you or a family member is with her 24/7 then it should be alright till he's out of your life for good...I wouldn't even bother asking for child support from him...Just move on and raise the baby and find someone who is responsible and ready for a good father roll....That's what I gotta do.

Yeah....Even with one attempt of kidnapping and you can get a restraining order....So if he does kidnap they have legal rights to go after him no matter where he is....That girl is yours legally...Not his.

You need to see a lawyer this man cannot just take your baby for gods sake he is a peadophile surely the police can do more than just drive by your house as you sy that isn't really helping you at all.
You say he is a self connfessed peadophile has he been placed on a sex offenders register do you know if not find out because if he is on the sex offenders register he will not get visitation rights in court esspecialy as the baby is a little girl.

Is he named as her father on any documentation?

If he is illegally here then they should ship him back to mexico. I agree with the other poster, get a restrining order and have a cell phone on you at all times. Don't start running, haven't you heard that "you can run but you cannot hide", it is the truth. Good luck, keep us posted.

Exactly!!! I agree 100% with that. In my case with my baby's father.....His mother loathes me and wants me dead...She's locked the father up inside her house except for school. Thing is he wants to be the father and i'm fine with it....But his mother wants him to have nothing to do with me....So that is my fight right now. He and I aren't together anymore because of this...Try to save ourselves some pain in the meantime....But it's killing us. My grandfather is even the deputy in the area and can't do anything even tho she smokes weed around her 2-year-old.


But yes, you need additional help. If you have to, take it to the state senate.....Make it public so if something happens then you'll have plenty of people to help and support you. I know I would.

I thought the same thing! If hes illegal then why not send him home! They made a deal with him that if he went on probation for two years and spent 90 days in jail, they wouldnt make him a sex offender! I dont understand! Hes not even legal! How can he have rights to my baby if hes not a citizen? But he does I talked to a family court judge and he said that if he wants to pay for a paternity test, because of coarse I am denying to the end that he is the father, then when it comes back saying that it is his daughter he has rights to her!!!!! I hate texas! The whole state is on this new trip about how the fathers should be more involved in their kids lives, so even if they are felons they let them have them. My little brother and sister were taken away from me and my mother after I testified in front of a court room telling them about how he raped my from the age of 7 to the age of 10!!! They gave him custody!!!! There reason being that he had more money, a better lawyer, and I had tried to kill myself by slitting my wrists, so they said I was unstable and then came to the conclusion that I lied!!! This is the world we are living in and I hate to think that this is the world that im bringing my daughter into.

Make it public.....Take it to the state and if they still rule against what you want then take it to the supreme court! The cops are doing illegal things by letting him stay in this country!! Yeah....Letting illegal sex offenders in this country is really protecting it....They're just as bad as terrorists!

Why wasnt he deported when he was arrested?

U shuld make a phone call telling them there is a criminal illegal alien nearby.

Do you kno where he is staying?

Do you live with ur mom and siblings only?

Do you have a cousin or uncle or anybody that could stay with you guys? Or a neighbor to watch out for him?

My mother said take it to the papers and media if the police don't give you what you need....The media can do more damage against those people than the courts ever could. Look at terri shaivo (last name spelled differently, I know) but look at how much support the family had gotten through the media alone. The same can be with your case.....Go for the local papers first then go to the fox news network....If that doesn't at least scare him away then if he does do something then more people will be alert about it and be on the lookout much sooner and he has a better chance of getting caught before the final line is crossed.

No me and my mom are completley alone in houston, we have no family here. I dont really think that I will have to move because I truley think that once he finds out that its a girl he wont want to fight me for her. He never wanted a girl and he even told me that he would be dissapointed if I had one. But if he does I am taking y'alls advice and I am going to get everyone and their moma from the media involved! I mean the nation would have a hay day with the story. A 17 year old native texan who got pregnant by an illegal immigrant who pled guilty to sagitory rape, and now their giving him visitation. Plus hes cheap so once he finds out he will have to pay child support then I think he will back down. You don't have to wait for him to actually do something to at least p[etition for a restraining order. You pretty much only have to give the info you gave us to the police/a judge (it varies from community to community), and you should be able to have a restraining order filed against him.

A good place to get info abbout that is the local women's shelter. They should be able to provide you with great advice.

I do have a restraining order against him for he next two years, or until his probation runs out. The problem is there isnt a restraining order against him for the baby. Plus hes not really a legal type of guy and I am more worried about him kidnapping her and taking her to mexico than I am of him getting supervised visitation.

Lmao.....Well to get to the baby you kinda have to go through you first....So really as long as the baby is with you, she's fine. I'm trying to get an order for my boy against the paternal grandmother, so in a way my son will be keeping me safe....And if he can't get one then i'll have to get one myself and just keep him close to me. He'll have to break the order to get to your bella. I wouldn't worry about that too much.

Hey girl I feel for you... I know you will be a good mama, so you dont need him anyway. My husband is illegal too, but I got lucky, he is wonderfull, so I would die if he got sent back! As for your guy, if hes got a record then he should go. If he did take ur daughter, it would be hard to get her back, cuz as my hubby tells me those mexican police just dont have it together down there.
