Q: constant pain in my lower back & neck

I have constant pain in my lower back and in my neck I have taken almost every pain ad muscle relaxer there is and none of them work. My muscels in my back will not relax no matter what I try to put on it for it to relax but nothing works. I have tooo many things wrong with my back but is surgry the olny way that will finally make the pain go away? I am going to see a spine surgen next month any advice?

The best advice I can give you would be to listen to what the doctor tells you and then research the methods spoken about on the internet and by calling other doc's for a second opinion.

If you feel that the surgeon has addressed all of your problems and feel confidant that he/she is qualified to work on you then by all means, have the surgery!

There is no reason for you to suffer needlessly without sugical intervention if you believe in your doc.
