my husband and I have a similar problem. We were told the ai option like you. But we could not afford to do it through private medical care. When we had nearly given up we came across a website that people local to you wherever you are in the world will provide you with fresh samples for free. We tried this for the first time this month, I don't know what the outcome will be but my fingers are crossed ! If you want to talk email me, I think for people like us it is a good choice.
