I dont know if there is a formula for this one .......... How old are you and if your man dont mind going south [oral sex] maybe that will help to stimulate you to orgasm........

Honestly you are perfectly normal. Many women cannot have an orgasm with only penetration. In fact, a lot of women cannot have an orgasm with penetration even if they've had one previously with manual stimulation to the clitoris.
Quote:
while many women are sexually satisfied, up to 43% of women suffer difficulty reaching female orgasm. Most women have at one time or another faked an orgasm. Some women do this because they feel the truth would be a blow to their partners' ego, while others feel they may be frigid and would lose their partner if he found out.

i would suggest getting to know your own body. Sometimes part of the problem stems from what we were taught while growing up, old stereotypes: "only slutty girls enjoy sex", "sex is bad", etc. I would suggest using your toy only for penetration and learning what you like. The most important thing to remember is to relax.
Good luck!

You are not alone in this problem. My wife is only able to have an o with intercourse and clitoral stimulation. Try both at the same time and see if that helps. Also, foreplay can help to relax the muscles that control the orgasm.
