Q: Pain Before And During a Bowel Movement

Hi, iam 20 years old and for the last 6 months I have had cramping everyday, usually before and during a bowel movement. It just hits me and I am afraid to go anywhere because if it comes on, I must have a bathroom around. So if anyone can help. I also had a laparoscopy done a couple of weeks ago, which they found vericose veins on my uterus and scar tissue, which he cut out. So maybe this might have something to do with it??? Thanks

Cramping
You may have a slight blockage or constriction of the bowel that is causing your cramping. Try eating a high fibre diet to soften the stool which maybe make it's passage alot smoother
