Does anyone know if soya lechithin has any
connections to weight loss? I have heard
it does, and I am taking it because I
figure it can't hurt. Any opinions?

I am sure someone will claim that it is
connected to weight loss, and cancer
treatment and cold sore remedy and corn
removal and .......
When it comes down to weight loss, it
comes down to calories in vs. Calories
burned and the type of calorie ingested
will be important too.
If you eat whole grain breads with a high
fiber and protien content you will feel
fuller longer and have more energy to burn
durring excersise later.
