My bestfriend said that excessive masturbation can cause illness, is that true?

I don't think so. If so, then excessive sex could too. Have you ever heard of anyone getting sick from too much sex? (excluding stds). I know that some females would say that they get urinary tract infections from too much sex, but it is actually from the male gentials not being clean and the bacteria on the penis that causes the infecetion.
