Just Support My Anger!(update On Need Some Support)

Hey sarahauntie! Your reply to my posting was helpful, so I thought i'd give a reply to you.
I read "need some support" and, even though you feel like things went too far, I applaud you for ending the relationship. You said he was pretty irresistable, so I really respect you for not allowing your emotions to cloud the issue. If his alcohol habits scare and disgust you, you should definitely not be with him. As for being angry and thinking guys are jerks, well...Yeah, some of them are. Unfortunately a lot of young guys are only after one thing. Sounds like maybe this one fits into that category. I am proud of you for not compromising your virginity for such a loser. Think of how you would have regretted it later on when you found out his true colors! Now give yourself a pat on the back. I guess my next advice will sound very cliche, but here goes: the right guy for you is out there and he is worth waiting for. Don't settle for less. I speak from experience. (remember i'm a 24 year old virgin who's marrying the love of her life in 7 months!) keep on respecting yourself and eventually you'll find a man who respects you just as much.

so many girls these days don't care about keeping their virginity, and, while I don't know about waiting till marriage, I at least want to wait until i'm in love. I don't really miss the guy, I just miss having someone to hang with! I'm slowly drifting out of my man-hating stage, but remenets of the memory still exist. Thanks for the support! That's exactly what I needed, especially since I still have to see this guy, and hear other girls talk about him!
I promise I won't go on any psycho-killing sprees, but if you hear anything on the news.....

good job on dumping the guy and not getting with him. There will be so many guys like that but like manda said, the one you will find will be worth the wait. I kept trying to find the right guy like for 2 years. And I was about to give up on dating when I met jose. God is good! You will find your guy or he will find you when you least expect it!
