About a month and a half ago my boyfriend
and I had unprotected sex. About 2 days
later I took a morning after pill. A week
after that I had really bad abdominal pain
and spotting. The spotting lasted about 5
days. I am now about 10 days late for my
period and i'm worried. I've took about 3
pregnancy tests and they all came up
negative. I have every symptom of being
pregnant, but the tests are negative.
I know that whenever my mom was pregnant
with me she had the same thing, her tests
were negative and she was pregnant the
whole time. If anyone has any advice that
would be great. Thanks!

You could be. The map is only like 70 or
75% effective. But, this could also be
from taking map. I took my bc as map
once and my cycle was messed up for over
two months. I bleed like crazy, had
cramping, nausea, my boobs were sore, etc,
and then my period was weird that time
too. I think I only got it cause i'm on
the pill. So, that could be what is
happening. I would go to the doctor or
clinic, find out if you are pregnant and
if you're not then go on the pill. And
start using condoms too if you aren't
ready for pregnancy.

Thanks for you advice. My boyfriend went
with me today to planned parenthood and I
got a blood test to see if i'm pregnant.
I will know within 2 or 3 days. I have
took a map before and it didn't do
anything like this, that is why I am so
worried. Who knows, I guess i'll find
out. Yea, if i'm not then we are
definitley using protection. I am usually
birth control but I had ran out at that
time:-/
