I started premarin about 6 years ago. I take .9 mg per day. I have noticed some strange symptoms within the past year and I am starting to worry about the side effects. I am wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms. I have pain in my left shoulder blade - which I think is muscular - but it is causing numbness in my left hand and both feet. My ears ring in the evening after I eat and I have heart palpations within an hour or so after eating in the evening. I have recently been diagnosed with diverticulitis and ibs.....I am only 38 years old. I have tried to come off of the premarin several times, but the hot flashes are unbearable as I live in south florida. I recently had a bone density test and it determined that I was at risk for osteoporosis with a heel bmd t-score of -1.0. Unfortunately I do not have healthcare and I am reluctant to go to the doctor. My mother died of breast cancer in her 50's and I have had two benign cycts removed from my left breast that were apparently the type of nodules with cells that have been determined to turn into breast cancer......I now feel a lump in my right breast.......When I stop taking the premarin, immediately I start with the hot flashes, can't sleep, just feel plain miserable. I tried black cohosh and soy, but nothing on the market seems to help............Any advice or suggestions would be greatly apreciated and welcomed.

There are natural alternatives for people who want to get rid of their menopause concerns.

Feel free to send me an e-mail and I will send you free information to help you feel like you're 18 again, but with better judgement!

Yours in health,
