Wake Up Sunshine!
Hey there...Its really hard to say what is making you tired...But there should be something.....I feel like that sometimes too...Im 21 year old female...Quite often I wake up at like 8am but cant get out of bed...I lie there and daydream about what im down about and sleep til about 2 pm that afternooon(i dont always daydream tho..Sometimes I just feel down and just lie there as my bed is a comfort zone)... Its aweful because I feel like I waste all my day....I think maby you are down about something but are afraid to admit it or acknowledge it....Its ok.....We are all down about something at some point...But you really gotta push yourself to change not who you are but the way you feel....Its hard work!....But you first have to find out what is making you tired....I really think you might be down about something?...How old are you? Do you work? Do you have good supportive friends or family members? Are you satisfied with your job? Do you feel good about yourself? Are you married or dating? Have you found that love of your life? Are you crushing on someone? Is something missing from your life that you wish you had or were? Are you jealous about something? Do you go out often? Are you eating healthy?Laughing often? .....I just wanted to ask some thought provoking questions to make you think about what might be bringing you down as your doctors do suspect you are depressed.....What is making me down is that I am in a relationship that I am unsure of...My family does not really appreciate this person...And I kinda like his friend....I know thats aweful but its ok to crush on someone if you are in a relationship...As long as you dont do anything while in a relationship....I am very faithful...But this crush is really taking over me...I wish he liked me...Hehehe...I am also unsure about my future in general...There are so many things that I feel down about but I am trying to find happiness anyway I can....And motivation to do things to better myself.....It is hard work but it is like personal discovery..You have to find out who you are and what you like to do...Or just take interest in something to meet people etc....I dont take any medication by the way.....And another note...It could also be your living condition....When you wake up in the morning....Try to get out of your bed...Even if you are tired...Try siting or lying down in a chair/sofa etc....And take a nap there....Just not in your bed.....Also open the blinds to your house to let the sunshine in...Even if you dont like sunshine it is good to do this because keeping your house dark tricks your body into thinking it is night time and you feel more tired.....Also try playing some of your favourite music or favourite radio station in the morning to give you some energy...I dont know what else to say but if I have any other ideas I will write up another note here again....In the meantime respond back and let me know how things are going for you...

Good post!
Nice post from you. I suffer about 3 years from depression now. It's really hard to get up in the morning, just feeling totally demotivated and tired. Even after 8 hours of sleep, there is still this tiredness. Sometimes I take naps on the couch, just want to get rid of the tiredness, work goes bad and that worries me, pulling me even deeper into the depression.
