Q: Slight Knee Pain

About a month ago I started the carmen electra aerobic strip tease and a week ago I began to have a little bit of knee pain, it doesn't hurt that much, but when I sleep and I bend my knee up and it hurts behind the knee palate, it also hurts every time that I walk or have to bend my knee. Now the pain isn't that bad but I don't know what I did to it, I want to work out again but I don't want to further injure myself. Can someone please try to help me find out what's wrong with my knee and if I should begin to workout again?

I know ur pain but its in my sholder during softball. You might have tendanitus which is not a bad thing. It just beacuse you start working ur knee out from cold and dont warm it up a lil first. And that causes ur tendents to over work. So try to warm then up first then work out. But ass for now ice it during the nights or when ur just sitting around and maby tylonal to decress imflation. If in a week or still and u do thease and it still hurts when working out. Then see what ur doctor has to say. Its good to be safe then sorry. Hope I helped.
