Q: Viral Cardiomyopathy At 37

I am a 37 year old woman recently diagnosed with viral cardiomyopathy. My ef is 15-20%. I was looking for any other women out there that can enlighten me on this condition. Have searched the web extensively and I can only find this condition in older women. Any information would be greatly appreciated!!!

37 Yr. old also with viral myocarditis (recovered)
