Q: What Could Be Happening?

About 1-1.5 weeks ago my girlfriend started getting bad cramps on her lower left side and upper middle and they last for about 30 min (she also says her breasts are getting bigger along with her stomach, but I dont see it). She thinks she is pregnant (although we have never had sex but have fooled around) so I went and bought some of those home pregnancy tests and they came out negative. I think its something more, becasue about 2 years ago she was suffering from anorexia...Her period is due soon, could the cramps be caused from the beginning of her period? Could she be pregnant? Or could there be a greater problem occuring?
I know she is really stressed out right now, could this be a cause of her symptoms?

Any help would be great
thanks

Um, in general you cannot get pregnant without having sex. It is kind of a necessity. There is a slight, slight chance that if you got ejaculation in or on her vagina that one of the little guys found their way to an egg, but highly unlikely. If you two aren't ready for babies then use protection. And she needs to see a doc to see what these symptoms are from.
