I want to know if I have heartburn? I have never had it before it feels like someone is just pushing on my chest it hurts, and if it is heartburn could I be preggy?? I also have kinda sore boobs whenever I touch them and ive been tired alot lately and my appetite has been a little weird and not to mention a lot of gas are all thes signs?? Thanks.

it sounds more to me like your pregnant when your pregnant you get heart burn alot I would get a test and see and if it comes back negative I would go to the doctor
