Help! I have a two month old baby girl. Me and her father dont get along. We arent married or even together. He lives like 25 miles from me. I am going to go to court to try and get physical joint custody. Do you know what the visitations for him will be? He has only seen her a few times, and hes not on the birth certificate. I only want him to get like everyother weekend. And maybe once a week. What are your guys opinion on these things? We are both 19 and he doesnt keep a job either. Thanks I am just scared I dont want to lose my baby

Re: Help Question
Well if you dont wanna lose your baby maybe you should file for full custody then that way u can allow him to see the baby on your terms and he would have to abide by your rules..My cuzin went through the same thing, only he let his ex g/f see the baby and she took him to michigan and my cuzin couldnt do a thing about it,,so he filed for custody of his son and he got him, now his babys mother can only visit with the baby on my cuzins terms.

If u still want to have joint custody call the courts and ask them the same question you asked here..They should be able to help you.
