Q: Liposuction

I was wondering if anyone knows if it matters if you are in good physical shape before you have liposuction. I ask this because I have been working out and I have lipo scheduled in a couple of weeks for the "troubled areas" (my hips and outer thighs). Since beginning exercising, I have noticed that the "areas" have actually improved and are not as noticable as before exercising. I am afraid that if I stop exercising after the lipo- the areas will go back to the way thhey were before exercising. I hope this makes sense. Please tell me what you know. Thank you.

Well, if you stop excercising you are bound to gain some weight, whether you have had surgery or not, ya know? It is a good thing that you are excercising. Not just for your looks, but for your health. But to answer the question that I think you were asking, it should not have a negative impact, no. If anything it will probably help. Good luck to you.
