Q: I Need to Lose 2-5 Inches In 17 Days!

First question can I do it? And second.. How do I do it!? Lol i've been going to the gym regularly.. And I feel and look great.. But i've got a pool party on the 14th of may and a special person's gonna be there and I still feel like I lose a few more inches from my midsection.. :oops: can anyone help? I'd appreciate it so much!

There's this thing called the ultimate new york body plan by david kirsch. It's a two week plan and you're supposed to lose 2 dress sizes or ten pounds or something along those lines. I have tried it...

The good news is it works! The bad news is this is the devil's workout plan. It's basically a low carb and low fat diet. So you're just basically eating protein for two weeks. This means you'll be cutting out many foods altogether. And you also have to excercise everyday for 90 minutes. But the good news again is that this only lasts two weeks.

Give it a try. When followed correctly it works wonders.
