Q: Voice Changing

Okay i'm 22 never had problems with my voice before untill 3 weeks ago. I heard a poping sound in my throat and my voice became hoarse. Ever since my voice feels strained,weak, hoarse. But it's getting better everyday just really taking slow. Any ideas would help, please thank you.
