Q: Weird, Hard Bumps On Arm And Legs

Okay, this is going to be hard to describe. I woke up this morning and my knees were hurting, and when I checked them I have a hard lump on the outside of both knees, and on the top of one. I just figured I ran int something and don't remember. But then I noticed on one arm (my right) on the bone that runs on the under side, like from my elbow, has a hard lump also. It doesnt feel like a bug bite, it seems to hard for that. Its about the size of a quarter. Any opinions? I figure its probably just a coincidence and hopefully will go away, I just wanted to hear what someone else thought. Thanks!

Just wanted to add that the ones on my knees also hurt when I touch them, I think they are just bruises or something. But the one on my arm doesnt hurt, its just there. On the bone that goes from my pinky to elbow, just a big hard bump. Please, any opinions?

Lumps on Legs
Sounds like it could be related Sarcoidosis, which I have. You are describing a skin condition that occurs when I am having a sarcoidosis reoccurance. Are some of the lumps red and hot to touch?
