I found out I was pregnant in feb. 2005. My skin was always very clear, small pores, with a nice glow. I never had any acne. Until I was pregnant. I had an abortion on march 11. My skin is getting worse! I went to my pcp and he gave me retin a, my insurance gave me a generic. My skin is still getting worse. Any suggestions? Is the acne related to the pregnancy, the abortion, or the generic retin a. Thanks!

Extremely eHealthy

The acne likely is related to some fluctuations in estrogen. That should settle down again, but ask your physician next visit.
