Q: What Are These Things?

Ok, i'm a 17 year old male and I have this one lump behind my right nipple. Its not under the nipple. Its behind the skin in the actual nipple. It hurts if I squeeze it but no effects are made on me. I got it when I started working and had to wear a name tag and the name tag always pinched me. Im kind of scared.

Likely a skin irritation leading to a mild infection. An allergic reaction to the metal in your pin is also possible. It doesn't fit a description of cancer.

Try to not have the pin touch your skin directly.

It's probably from the friction.... If it hurts too much, I recommend seeing a doctor.. :)
