I am 35 y/o female. For a week now at the same time every day (5pm), get flu like symptoms. I feel extrememely tired, achy, and run a low grade fever. I have no energy at all, and I feel kind of dizzy. I feel fine during the day, but as soon as late afternoon comes, I get these feelings. Please help.

#1. Is it possible your pregnant?
#2. Do you work during the day
#3. Do you take vitamins or enough to eat everyday?

Sometimes that can be due to lack of some kind of supplament.

No, not pregnant. Had a hysterectomy over a year ago. Don't take hormone replacement therapy because I had endometriosis and my gyn said that it would be better to lay off the hrt for now. I do work full time and, no I guess I don't eat like I should.

Oh I guess pregnancy isn't an option. Sorry, well I would check with your Dr. Maybe you just need some vitamins, or your not getting enough sleep and your worn out by the time you get home? Just an idea, hope it helps

Extremely eHealthy
Hi there, a lot of it could be from anxiety and stress because you do not breathe correctly when you feel this way and you are tense which causes aches and pains, you might also have fibromyalgiia or chronic faatigue syndromes but I am not a Dr., have you tried yoga for relaxing, it does help a lot of people. You should talk to your Dr. About this.
Sincerely,
sandy
