Q: Body Temp ?

I've got a kinda wierd question. Last night my husband and I had intercourse (ttc) and if I calculated things right I should be ovulating and was wondering if there is a change in body temp if there was conception? This morning at work I was feeling very warm and I kept asking everyone else and nobody thought it was at all warm. Could this mean anything, or am I just really really hopeful? Or what other possibilies could this mean? Thanks everyone! :)

After you ovulate there is a change in your temp. It goes up a little bit. However the only difference in your temp when your pregnant is that if you temp every morning, when you are supposed to get your period and your temps normally drop, your temps will stay up. But it will take a couple of weeks to really notice that. I however got very sick a couple of days after I conceived. Didn't know at the time and still don't know if it had anything to do with me getting pregnant. Doctor said it was a virus and when I went back 3 weeks later to get tested because I hadn't started I found out I was pregnant. The best thing to do is just keep temping...Don't know if you do that already but Fertilityfriend.Com works really good and has a lot of supporters to talk too. Hope this helps some and if I can help you with anything else, please don't be afraid to pm me. Sending much much ~*~*~* babydust *~*~* to you!! Gl!
