First of all, I am not insinuating that
any ehealth users aren't intelligent
enough to know when people are just
selling things. That known, I still have
to offer a few suggestions.
When someone posts, or responds to one of
your posts and gives you a link, they are
almost always selling you something.
Unless it is just a link to a health
journal related to your question, etc.
When they only have a few posts or are a
new user, in this particular forum, they
are usually trying to sell you
something.
When they tell you that "store bought
vitamins" or "pill vitamins" or "cheap
vitamins" don't work or don't work as well
as ....Blank....They are most likely
trying to sell you something.
Anyone who has ever taken a nutrition
class, or asked their doctor about
vitamins knows that there is nothing wrong
with the ones you buy at the store and pay
little for. If they didn't work then our
doctor's wouldn't be telling us to take
them now would they?
Yes, I am sure that liquid vitamins absorb
better, but you are still getting your
vitamin benefits from the pills. They
put enough of the vitamins in these pills
so that all that you need is absorbed.
Anyway, that being said. Now let me
remind you all of this:
you are not allowed to advertise at
ehealth. All posts advertising will be
deleted, and you will most likely be
banned. So, if you like this forum and
want to be here to help people and not try
to sell a product, then don't advertise,
otherwise you won't be able to be here
anymore.
Thanks.

Excellent post! I am in my last week of
human nutrition science 220 at the
university of phoenix and you totally hit
the nail on the head!
The march of dimes is now giving
multi-vitamins to all women for free due
to some block grant they were given and
those are just as good as some insanely
priced vitamin from company xxx.
My father in law was selling nikken
garbage magnets and supplements and
becuase I refused to pay hundreds a month
for a multivitamin he didnt talk to me for
almost a year.

Isn't it sad how people get when they are
only thinking of money? I mean preying
on people who are just concerned about
their health? Ignorant! I'm glad you
didn't give in and buy the expensive
vitamins!
