Hi,

i'm a 19 yr old college student and for quite some time now I have been experiencing muscle and joint pain on the left side of my body.

The most notable pain is in the lower back, right above my butt - however I also feel tightness and tension in my shoulder and down my arm, as well as in my hip and down my leg to the back of my knee. -- it isnt an electric type pain, its mostly just sharp and constant. It also extends up into my neck muscles on the left side.

It makes me want to pop my back, neck, knee, and fingers on the left side of my body every 5-10 minutes to alleviate the pain, even though I know its a bad habbit.

As I said its definitely strongest in my lower back, but its only on one side

any ideas?
