This has nothing to do with sexual health of a man and is more of a question for a priest or of the sort.

If god excists and if s/he punishes you for masturbation and lude thoughts, then alot of people are going to get punished.

Now not to criticise your beliefs or anything but it seems kinda silly for a supreme being to punish something we all do.

Don't worry about it;

i reckon if there is a god then s/he will be leniant and wont lump everything into one category, just live a clean and healthy life, ya know don't over due alcohol or abuse drugs, be active and enjoy life, don't sit and waste it.
