I believe the best advice I can give you is to use ovulation strips. They worked miracles for me twice..With my first pregnancy we stopped using protection and after 4 months still nothing. So I bought some ovulation strips online and about midway through my cycle every morning I would pee on the little stick (they work similar to pregnancy tests) and wait for two lines to appear. About 4 days after using the tests I got two lines which means I will ovulate in the next 12-24 hrs. So we had sex that night two weeks later found out I was pregnant. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage. But then 4 months later I decided to use the tests again and the same month I used them I found out I was pregnant again... It worked miracles for me..

You can buy the ovulations strips eally cheap on the internet (like .35 cents for each one).. Good luck and hope this helped a little!!

I have to tell you what worked for me. We have an 8 year old daughter, with her I was pregnant in like 4 months, but when we wanted another baby we tried for like 6 years and no luck. We have been to the doctors for different test with no major problems found. So finally I got pregnant in november 2004. This is exactly what we did. First I have 26-28 day cycles so we had sex from day 10 till day 17 of my cycle, here is the key , what we did different that month was , before sex I would go pee and he would always be on top, after sex I would put a washcloth between my leg so nothing would come back out and I would go to sleep. I would never get up from the bed, not once after sex. I was pregnant in one month of doing this. It may sound corny but it worked for us.
