I have seen around here use of cocoa butter and vitamin e oil. Mederma is supposed to work really well, you can find the cream at a pharmacy.
If you can afford it, I recommend a magnetic shower head. Spend a minimum of 10 minutes in the shower. It sloughs off old skin cells and helps to rejuvenate the skin. Using this method, you will take care of your problem with a shower and not have to fuss with creams and such.

My daughter using rosehip oil & lavender oil for her acne scare. In the old time my mum use to put ..... It is awful but it works. I'm not recommanded because it is very cruel.
