Hiya ive just turned 15 ad two days ago I felt a pain in my testicles, I though nothing of it but then yesterday I felt it again on the way home from school, when I got home I felt around and founf a tiny all I can say is a tiny spot inside my testicles and it hurts when I touch it, its not an excrutiating pain but it does hurt a little.
I thought id leave it for a week or so.

So anyway today I was fine till later on in the day when I felt again at the tiny spot under the skin and it hurt again, just wondering what it could be etc.
Im very worried about cancer etc since im only young and have heard so many storys etc.
