I pulled a small deer tick from the out side of my eye last week and I am wondering if it will lead to lime disease? My husband had it once and he had a bullseye patteren ( which I don't). But it was so long ago, I don't remember any other symptoms. Can any tell me what I should be looking for?

Keep An Eye On It
Hi, did you by chance keep the tick?Was this a tiny tick @ the size of a pinhead with a tiny white dot on its back? When you pulled it off did you get the head? I would keep a close watch on the spot. If you develop a fever or if the site really gets red and swollen or should look infected, I would go to primary care physican.

Tic Bite
I wasn't able to keep it, I think I tossed it down the drain before I realized it was a tick. It was alittle bigger then a pin head (but not by much), as for the head I don't know if I got it. It was red today for the first time, that is why I was concerned. Also I have a difinte pressure around my eyes today, not like anything I have ever had before ( I was a migraine suffer for years) so I am pretty aware of what my head could feel like.
I was wondering what some of the things I should be looking for?
