Is This Normal?
Posted: 04-14-05 00:24am

And since i'm at this forum already, I have a quick question:

every once in a while, right after urinating and if i'm really relaxed (meaning, no erection at all and my muscles are relaxed, too), a gel-like liquid that resembles semen (or more accurately, ejaculate from a wet dream) will come out.

This is rather annoying, if nothing else -- it's hard to clean off at a urinal.

It's slightly yellow (to be expected, I suppose, since it's after urinating), but i've wondered if it's actually semen ... Something of a "wet day-dream." the thing is, it comes out like urine -- no pumping or anything.

There's no pain, the ejaculate doesn't smell, there's no blood or anything that would be cause for concern. That's why I haven't asked about it before.

Is this normal? Should I see a doctor about it?

Thanks!

Dude i've experienced this before too. And yea it's not pleasant standing at a urinal with some guy next to you. I'm not sure what it is either. It has only happened once to me at a urinal and my buddy was standing next to me...I just rubbed my head on my boxers, stuffed my dick back in zipped up and left...Didn't know what else to do.

That's just a little fluid from your prostate or cowper's glands. It'll just leak out sometimes — especially if you've not ejaculated in a while and a volume of it has built up in those organs. Pay it no mind.

Get Checked.

If you have been sexually active with more than one person or your partner may have, you need to go to the Dr. Because this sounds like a classic symptom of chlamydia.
