I'm on birth control so it would be really weird if I was indeed pregnant but I have been having unprotected sex and I can't always say i've taken my pills on time. Anyways, i'm on day 22 of my usual 30 day cycle and i'm having dark brown spotting when I wipe. The previous few days i've had heavier spotting that's shown on my underwear, but it's a really dark brown in color. It's weird and it's never happened before. I've been on birth control for well over a year now. I'm just worried it could be some sort of implantation bleeding perhaps or maybe i'm just being paranoid. Should I go to a doctor or wait to see if my actual period shows up next week? Thanks for any help. :oops:
