Q: Question About Pain In Penis

In the last week I have noticed that there is a pain in my penis. It is not like an std pain (urination burning etc.), but it is like there is a small blood vessel that has hardened from the center of the base of my penis moving up and along the side of my penis. It hurts to the touch, but not umbearable pain, but pain none-the-less. It is worse when the penis is hard, but it can be felt all of the time. Does anyone have an idea of what this is, and does it go away?
