Q: Anyone Else Have Symptoms Come And Go?

I'm at about 6wks, but all of a sudden the symptoms I was feeling up till last week (very sore bbs, queasiness, bloating etc) just went away. I'm still fatigued and mybreasts are a little bit tender, but other than that, I feel fine. Which is not good - is it a miscarriage? Anyone know?
