When you go in for a yearly exam, and well you think you might be pregnant, other than telling your doctor and gettin a test can she somehow find out if you pregnant while doin the exam?

If you are far enough along, yes they can tell. But it is always better to tell them that you are, or there is a chance that you are before they do the exam.

They could prossibly tell from looking at your cervix because it changes when you're pregnant. Definitely tell them you might be before proceeding with an exam.
