I have these peanut-looking peices in my stool... I was wondering if anyone could help me out on this...

Wait a second... I think I have!

(yes!) im not going to die : ( phew.

Anyway, what else doesn't digest for future reference?

Wait.. I ate soft little corn pieces in rice... Does that count?

So would not eating corn be suggested? Or is corn healthy in some way?
