Extreme Low Back Pain Sacrum Area

Ihad an accut atach that began wed by fri I was at th epain clinic recv'g iv valium/demoral...They sent me home with anti-inflamatories, percodet (pain)and valium (spasms), I had xrays mon that just about killed me right there on the table. No one from the dr office is returning my calls... I can't stand, at all (my low back will not support the weight of my body); sitting is ok for about half hr if I elevate my knees ; laying down works the longest but from everything I have read we are not supposed to stay laying down beyond a couple of days.

I am at a loss ... I swear, if I could drive I would go to the er. Does anyopne have any more suggestions... I am using moist heated rice packs which help while they are on but as soon as I take them off the pain returns with intensity.

Please, anything you can suggest will be appreciated. I am here alone until 10 pm tonight (its 1:30 pm now). I am going crazy
