I live with a friend that has had depression for many years and nothing seems to help her , but my company helps some. Was wondering if anyone ever moved to florida to live near a pretty beach to overcome depression as my friend and I both like the beach only we are in california and beaches here suck. I am from florida and moving to california makes me feel bad because of the tranquility I left behind by living in florida. So me and my friend are trying to figure out wether moving to florida will help her depression. :?:

Depends on the person. It may well help, but let me tell you that sunlight actually depresses me! Weird huh? Normally it is the opposite way around.
