Thank you for your reply and hopefully help. I hate to admit it, but your probably right. I'm not jealous of my boyfriend pleasing himself when he's alone, but it does bother me a little I guess that he can't wait for the real thing and especially if this is the problem. I'll ask him if we can try it and see if theres any change. Also, i'm 40 and he's 26 and i'm his first lover. That probably has something to do with it also. (?) it's hard not to worry about it because I think maybe theres something wrong with me. He feels big to me inside, but I wonder if maybe i'm too big inside for him, unlike the somewhat tight grip of a hand. (?) is that possible?

I am in the exact same situation with my husband. We have been married for 5 years & he rarely is able to ejaculate inside of me. He is however able to masturbate & ejaculate. I think there is something wrong with him - however I do not know what & this seems to be a rare condition. Have you found anymore informaiton that might help our situation? Thanks for your post.

I also have the problem of not ejaculating during intercourse, only about 10 % of the time, but can ejaculate during masturbation 90% of the time. my wife cannot get me to ejaculate when she stimulates me with her hands or orally. i have only ejaculated while on top, never when she is or any other positon. we have been married 4 years.
