Seasonale Answer
I was on seasonale for half a year...When I first started taking the pill, I actually dropped about 5-10 lbs initially, but after a few weeks I went back to normal. Towards the middle of the cycle, I got really, really bad breast tenderness that didn't go away until I got my period. The second pack was even worse than the first, breast tenderness and swelled even worse than the first 3 months, I was moody, I had pretty bad cramping, and I went to the doctor who diagnosed me with cervicitis, and I had no infection at all. She thinks the seasonale actually contributed to the cervicitis! But there was a time I thought I was pregnant too, but I wasn't, it seemed to me the seasonale was messing me up. I since changed to mircette and I don't seem to have a problem at all now. So perhaps it is the seasonale.
