How old are your children? Are you a
single mum? Are you seeing a doctor? Do
you have anyone close that you can be with
when you feel miserable? Sorry I only
have questions.

My children are 11; 14; 16.Yes im seeing a
doctor from the mental heath team ive been
under since august last year. Its been a
long road lots and lots of ups and downs
but im still hanging in.I do have a good
family that supports me but it is very
frustrating sometimes as they dont fully
understand what I go through. I get so
frustrated with myself because I cant lead
a normal life yet id love to be able to
get back into work and have a soical life
but at the moment I woudnt handle it.

I use to suffer from depression. Meeting
my husband changed me. Not overnight
though. You have to learn to love
yourself. That is what I did. I always
felt so alone even if I was surrounded by
people. I always felt different and
thought that no-one understood me. Now I
am not too fussed what people think of me.
I know I am a good mother & wife and
that is all that matters to me these days.
Have you tried alternative doctors like
naturopaths. Change of diet and exercise
always makes a person feel great.
I probably haven't helped you at all but
remember you are not alone!
