I have been active with my partner for over 6 months. She lives in another city now and I haven’t seen her in about three weeks, so we have not had intercourse since then. A few days ago I noticed a red spot on my scrotum when I was getting ready to take a shower. Upon inspection it resembled a large ant bite. Slightly elevated red bump about one half to three quarters of a centimeter in diameter. It doesn’t appear to be a blister or have any fluid inside it. It didn’t hurt at all, no kinds of discomfort even when touched. The next day I once again checked, the mark was slightly larger and there was another spot smaller than the first. My worries began to grow. Today I came home and checked once again. The first spot is larger and the center of the spot seems to be a more pale color than the edges. There are a couple more new small spots. I notified my partner about it, but she has never had any sports of any kind on her genital area at any time. I did some research online and the closest thing I could find was syphilis. But as I understand, you can only receive that disease by coming into contact with someone else’s sore, and since my partner has never had any sores, i’m lead to believe it was not from her. And if it was why appear now? It seems that something would have happened long ago. When the area was closer inspected, I noticed that when you stretch the scrotum, the spot is actually a red ring with a pale center. I have no idea what this is. My only guess other than syphilis is some kind of fungal infection. But I don’t know why it would just be on my scrotum. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
