Im a healthy 29 year old male. For the past year or so,ive had a troubling condition.I woke up one morning and my hand was numb.It was strange because I was sleeping on my side and it wasnt the arm that I was sleeping on.This problem has worsened and now sometimes both my arms are numb when I wake up.Can anyone help me?

Extremely eHealthy
Hi there! You might want to get this checked out, it could be a pinched nerve, circulatory situation, if you have pain it could be carpal tunnel. Keep us posted on what you find out.
Sincerely,
sandy
